Beth Sadler

Senior Vice President

Production Services

As Senior Vice President of Production Services for Sony Pictures, Beth Sadler oversees the day-to-day operations of over 350,000 square feet of stages and 300,000 square feet of production offices and editorial cutting rooms that house creative content makers on the studio lot. She is responsible for negotiating all sound stage and office rentals as well as managing production services offered by the studio, including on-lot set lighting, grip and transportation services.

Sadler started her career on the studio lot in 1986 working for Us Magazine which was housed in the building currently known as the Jimmy Stewart Building. From there, she moved to the Culver Studios and worked in several capacities for GTG Entertainment. Then, taking a hiatus from entertainment, she worked in high tech and as a freelance writer in Maui, Hawaii, before returning to the then Sony-owned Culver Studios in 1996. There she worked in studio operations managing the portfolio of production offices as well as several production support departments. In 2004, when Sony sold that the Culver Studios, Sadler moved over to the Sony lot to bring in production clients and manage the larger portfolio of production-related support space.

During her tenure at Sony, Sadler has been an integral part of establishing the Sony lot as a preferred location for producers and production companies.
