Mark Lanza
Supervising Sound Editor
Mark Lanza began his career in motion picture and television sound in 1988. Quickly working up the ranks to sound supervisor, he found a true love in sound design. He is the recipient of a British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) Award, a Golden Reel Award and an HPA Award, among other honors and distinctions. Jumping from features to television to video games keeps his perspective fresh and mind challenged. His many credits include the series Manhunt, On Becoming a God in Central Florida and Philip K. Dick's Electric Dreams. His feature work includes Independence Day, Natural Born Killers, Cliffhanger and True Lies. Lanza is currently a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and president of the Motion Picture Sound Editors.
